The above position is available immediately. The library technician is accountable to the teacher-librarian for contributing to the provision of timely, accurate and relevant information and library services to staff and students of the school. Postition Vacant - Junior School Teacher-Librarian, Canterbury Pre-12 Anglican College, Beenleigh, Queensland.

The junior library was opened 12 months ago and is a wonderful building with an attached computer lab - 30 computers - and 34 computers on the library floor. There is a senior library with a full-time teacher-librarian and both libraries have full-time library assistants. The position has become vacant due to the imminent retirement (beginning of August 2008) of the current person in the position.
