Membership Information

Membership is available at personal, school and corporate levels.

All financial members are entitled to:

• SLAQ Newsletter - published quarterly
• Access (quarterly refereed journal on school libraries published by the Australian School Library Association - ASLA)
• Support from regional SLAQ councillors and subcommittees
• Access to professional development funding for regional group or subcommittee activities
• Discounts on professional development activities including conferences (both SLAQ and ASLA)
• Contribute to advocacy submissions at the state and national level
• Representation on other education and library organisations
• School nomination for the Brian Bahnisch Award - a state award
• Nominate for the SLAQ Citation Award - a state award
• Nominate for the Australian Teacher-Librarian of the Year - a national award
